IF you had extended your entry date with the university & then requested a visa extension for the future entry date BEFORE the visa expired, you might have had a chance of extending the visa. Now you wait until you have a new entry date & apply for a new visa.

No one on Yahoo Answers can possibly know if your visa is still valid. Make contact with the office of international students at the school you want to attend for advice.

A visa is not valid if out of date.......so start by contacting UKVI https://www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-inside-outside-uk/... likely they will extend the date/send a new visa/tell you to reapply once covid restrictions are over
