A citizen may file a petition to sponsor immigration of immediate relatives only. Your child, your parents, your brothers or sisters only. NO distant relatives such as grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, nephew, etc. You must prove you earn enough to support self + all dependents (spouse, child, etc.) + person you sponsor, and have a suitable home for them. Depending on your relationship, it currently can take up to 15 years before your relative's (e.g. sibling) Priority Date becomes current so that they get scheduled for their visa interview, biometrics, background checks, etc. They must remain in their country while awaiting processing of their visa. Since your petition is proof of the person's immigrant intent (intent to remain), they are not eligible for any temporary visa.
Sponsoring parents can be tricky, since if they will not work for a minimum of 10 years (40 qualifying calendar quarters) paying into Social Security & Medicare before they turn 65, you will have to guarantee to fully support them for the rest of their life & beyond - including health insurance, all health care, funeral, burial/cremation, & all final expenses.

You could file the petition the same day as you naturalize if you have the income to do so. Immediate family in the US means parents, spouses, children under the age of 21 (and in some cases unmarried children over 21).

A US citizen can petition for a fiance, a spouse, a parent, a child, and a sibling. The waiting time for a sibling is insanely long though.

An American citizen can apply to sponsor 'family'.... as long as they can afford to provide for them, there is a criteria with regards to sponsorship and you will need to read the Goverment website about sponsoring family to the US to see who you can sponsor and what number of years it is likely they will have to wait to be sponsored https://www.uscis.gov/family/family-of-us-citizens

Only if they are Gods or Goddesses. That is to say, only if they have eight arms and legs.
