You're actually a little light for your height.

I'd agree with your diet, except for the meat thing. The danger with not eating meat is that you might not be getting vital nutrients that you need, like protein, and various complex B vitamins and minerals. If you're not going to eat meat, be sure to take supplements.

The only way to make sure your weight is increasing is to record it every week. So rather than going 'I think it's increasing', simply weigh yourself once a week - no more - and write down how much you weigh and the date. That way you are keeping track. Chances are you will gain a few pounds as you get older, but don't worry.

You don't mention if you do exercise. If you do, you need to be aware that muscle weighs more than fat. Very lean fight-looking athletes can be surprisingly heavy, all because of their muscle. They actually have very little fat on their bodies compared to non-athletes, but are fit and strong.

You need to aim for fit and healthy, hon. Might mean tweaking your diet slightly, but you are right to stay away from instant foods and fizzy drinks.

Anything from 104-136 is healthy for your age, well at least that's what a calculator says. There are also different factors such as ethnicity, cause that can make a difference.
