Can You Recommend a good company for a Turkey Blue Cruise to use for a 2016 vacation? Is it safe to travel to Turkey?
I am looking to vacation in September or October 2016. I would like to travel from Ephesus to Antalya. I want to swim, sail, see the historic ruins, eat well and enjoy the night life. Please refer me to some reputable companies that can help me with this vacation? How much is this going to cost for my wife and I, for 1 to 2 weeks?

Check flights to Izmir that the nearest airport to Ephesus is there. You can take bus or transfer to Ephesus (takes about 1 hour). At the entrance of this antique city, you’ll find professional guides that can be hired for the visiting period.
Bodrum and Marmaris are the main departure cities for blue cruises. You can take one of the cruises that is run by shared gulet yachts for up to 16-18 guests. Cruises are 1 week. The meal plan onboard is Full Board and the dishes are selection of Turkish cuisine. Check the cruise programs at http://www.guletvoyage.com/category/itineraries By those cruises, you’ll have the opportunity to see the southern coast of Turkey where many historical places can be visited. Gulet Voyage Yachting can help you either for blue cruise and the other arrangements of your trip.
For the next week of your tour, renting a car to visit another portion of the South can be an alternative. Kas, Kalkan, Kekova in Antalya are worth to visit.

first of all, my recommendation is to travel to Turkey is late August. the weather is not hot in late August, but in Nov it can be a little cold.
for costs it depends on how who want to travel, if you have your bag on ur back, so it doesn't gonna cost a lot and it is affordable. ( now the rate is 1 USD = 3.01 TL).
if you find some local restaurants you can find food cheaper and in fact you can taste the real Turkish food.
you need to know in some places that are more common for tourists, everything is more expensive because people over there knows you are tourists and they are sure you don't know the correct price for anything. ( for example don't have food in eminonu, it is a very historical place that you should visit but be sure everything is 25% to 40% more expensive ).
