Republican presidential Donald Trump weighed in on the case of Rowan County, KY clerk Kim Davis (D) refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses by stating that the Supreme Court’s ruling is “the law of the land,” but there are “alternatives” such as having Davis’ clerks sign licenses or having couples go to “other places where you get licensed” on Friday’s “Morning Joe.”

This is a convenient dodge for Trump. Yes, gay marriage is the law of the land. No, gay couples should not have to travel somewhere else to get their marriage license. They should travel to the same place as everybody else.

I don't know. If I were him, I wouldn't comment on every single story out there and spead yourself too thin.

At the same time, I don't think he is much of a social politics guy, as he would say.

He's doing the same thing that earned him TEN BILLION DOLLARS in his successful career. He can close the deal and should be a serious challenge to the progressives in America.

I don't think Trump "shives a git" about the issue…which is illustrative, IMHO!

He only puts down people that ask tough questions.
