I need to contact an actual person in Yahoo?
I am not looking for a phone number.
I am looking for a webpage or somewhere where I can write to them my problem and explain it to them and so I can get a response.
I can't find anywhere, where I can contact them. If anybody knows anywhere please put it below thanks

So...you need to contact an actual person, but not by phone, but by email?
Which is what I was going to say, but after looking for that contact page, you're right...it is really difficult to find. However, I found it. You just have to do a bit of clicking. Start at the help central https://help.yahoo.com/kb/helpcentral and click the "contact us for product issues" and click what problem you are having with the closest product. I picked account. After that, I clicked random topic (cause I don't know what you are needing to ask) which was Abuse. Then I picked the "recieve unwanted "add contact" request, then FINALLY, in the recommended Options, does it say, "We're here to help!" and displays an email link. Click that, and brings you to a request form thing which you can probably get a response. good luck!
