Name of song that continuously goes, "uuuuuu a a a a a"?

Ive been hearing it this whole summer mostly in party clubs, it is female voice that goes "uuuuuuu a a a a a"

Update:

whole song 99% of it is just "uuuuuu a a a a a".....the U's are like "wuuuUUU" with mixed tonalities and the A's are just like a.a.a.a.a 5 times.
