After disasembling pc and assembling it back i noticed that after a while case becomes quite hot i have speculations that i assemblet the power supply incorrectly when i was putting back fans should one of the fans blow inside of the case or should they both one direction (outside) because both fans blow separate ways one that is inside the case blows into the case and one outside blows outside

They're supposed to be in a push-pull configuration so you seem to have it right where one blows air in and the other blows air out. To check the temperatures of the CPU and GPU you can download programs such as MSi afterburner or RealTemp. If they're running too hot buy some compressed air and blow any dust out of the fans and heatsinks and reapply thermal paste to the CPU.

ya, if possible, the psu fan should exhaust air from the case. in the old days, this wasn't always possible with top mount psu pocket and no exhaust grid on top of case.
other possibles -- internal fan [esp the cpu fan] not plugged in/not working
also if you disassembled the cpu fan from the cpu, you need new thermal paste
