I've seen it occasionally around the internet, but I wasn't actually aware that this word even existed. Can someone please spread light on my problem?

Not in my experience of English in Britain in over 60 years. As others say, it might be used in the weird and wonderful world of social analysis. It is not recognised by my British spellchecker.
