I just bought this refurbished desktop computer.?

It seems to work just fine except for one on certain videos it will just stop playing and certain websites it has prbolems with. Is there any programs I'm supposed to download that would clear these problems up.

    Download drivereasy it will catalogue your machine and offer all the latest drivers - also go to adobe.com and get the latest version of adobe flash player
