any good personal fitness goals ?
i can't think of any goals and please do not say running.

A goal is something you can measure or achieve. Running is an activity. You can make running a goal by adding a target like running 30 minutes or run 5k. However, running does not have to be your fitness goal if you don't want it to. Losing X pounds, learning or improving at a sport, exercise X days/week, and completing a fitness challenge or workout program are all good personal fitness goals. The key is it need to be personal. That means unique and relevant to the person making them.

Running isn't a goal. A goal is...lose X lbs, gain X lbs on Y lift at the gym, do a Tough Mudder, etc.
