Life expectancy with advanced and aggressive cancer?

My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer 6 years ago. At the time doctors told her she had 2-5 years to live. This past year shes been losing a lot of weight. Shes lost about 40-50 pounds because the tumors have spread to the rest of her body including her liver which makes it hard to eat and keep anything down. Shes in the hospital due to fluids in her chest cavity. Her doctor just told her he wont be treating her anymore due to how aggressive the tumors in her liver have gotten. He said another round of chemotherapy would kill her. the tumors have spread to her bones, brain & liver. I know it doesnt look good. I just want to know how long can she be expected to live. The doctors dont say anything and because i live out of state and have to rely on my family relaying her medical condition they dont tell me much either. I need straight forward answers, ive accepted as much as i can that my mom is dying and wont be around much longer but its the not knowing when thats torturing me and i know no one can say for sure but i need something. Thank you.

Life expectancy with advanced and aggressive cancer? According to Vyacheslav Krasheninnikov, raw celandine (juice) cures cancer in minute amounts (like eating a leaf a day for 10 days, taking a break for 10 days, repeating three times); store this raw juice in dark glass container in a fridge for up to 2 or 3 years; add only hot water if you don't want to drink it cold; collect older celandine that is at least 20 meters away from the river from morning until 3 PM. Forgive me.

I am very sorry to hear about your Mom. No-one can really say exactly how long your Mom has left, but according to what you stated it sounds like she has very little time left. Due to where the cancer has metastasized, and the fact that she is unable to keep nourishment, id say she is looking at weeks left. This must be so hard for you since you don't live close by her. I would recommend hospice as they can assist in some of her care, and more importantly they will help make sure she is comfortable. This might be an appropriate time to go spend some time with her and be by her side. Again, I'm very sorry to hear. Take care.

Uh....'doesn't look good'?? Dear, her cancer has spread to mutliple organs! and her doctor has given up!!!

Her doctor needs to sign her up for Hospice. That's a program fo terminally ill, 6 months or less.

You need to make sure she has her will set up as well as an advanced directive for health care, power of attorney. She needs to let everyone know what her wishes are for end of life care. Does she want to go peacefully at home or in s hospital hooked up to tubes, fighting every step of the way?

She has already exceeded the average life expectancy following a diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer.

It sounds like she is now deteriorating fairly rapidly so it would be a good time to go and visit if you wish to spend time with her before she dies.

You are talking weeks rather than months. When my dad was at that stage with stomach cancer we were told 6-12 months but he died less than 6 weeks later, Good Luck
