Is there a spanish esp. mexican for people who sit on their asses and don't work (the poor ones not the rich ones)?

Um, like everywhere. There are people who refuse to work and find ways of milking other's out of their money. Maybe most of the one's that come to America work hard, but there are probably plenty who don't work so hard in Mexico. I'm not talking about people who make their money illegally. I'm talking about people who abuse what ever system is available their and mooch off everyone else. And not talking panhandlers either.
