Am I left handed, left hand dominant, or semi-ambidextrous?

I am confused... I write with my right hand (but I can do it with my left, it just looks significantly worse) but do everything else with my left hand (baseball batting, bowling, throwing, catching, dribbling, and I am better at drumming and typing with my left than my right). I only write with my right hand because that's how I was taught, but I feel like I could learn to write left handed. When people ask me, I say that I am left-hand dominant... Is this correct, or am I semi-ambidextrous? Do they mean the same thing?

No they are not synonymous. A right-hand dominant can be considered semi-ambidextrous, too.

Yes, you can call yourself both left-dominant and semi-ambidextrous.

Left-dominant is indicative of right-brain dominant.

As to how dominant your right brain, that is to be determined by a physician or your experiences.

Pick something far away to look at. Hold up your hands and make a triangle with your thumbs and forefingers, like you'd grip a telescope. Focus on the thing you are looking at throught this triangle and move your hand-triangle toward your eyes.

This usually indicates which eye is dominant. Right-brained usually means left-eyed. See a neurologist for more tests or look them up online.
