there is much testimony about reincarnation! yes. but is it real? is it invented by people with less than honest desires and done through mind control.

the bible says there were disobedient beings in the days of noah that were held in spirit prison, even from the days of noah until the days of jesus when he was resurrected. apparantly reincarnation is not a choice for some people that have died.

another thing to think about is the mathematical impossibility in the beginning of history when there are known to be spirit persons that are line to be born, its called the pre-existence. all of us existed before we are born.

however the same way we are incarnated could also be the science of reincarnation, knowing if God can make it so with a spirit and a waiting vessel, or an empty avatar, then truly it can happen even if one had lived.

No : Beliefs about the dead. Strikingly prominent in Egyptian religion was the concern for the dead and the preoccupation with ensuring one’s welfare and happiness after the “change” of death. The belief in reincarnation or the transmigration of the soul was an all-pervading doctrine. The soul was believed to be immortal; nevertheless, it was believed that the human body must also be preserved so that the soul might return and use it on occasion. Because of this belief, the Egyptians embalmed their dead. The tomb in which the mummified body was placed was considered the deceased’s “home.” The pyramids were colossal residences for the royal dead. The necessities and luxuries of life, including jewelry, clothing, furniture, and supplies of food, were stored away in the tombs for future use by the deceased, along with written spells and charms (such as the “Book of the Dead”) to provide the departed with protection from evil spirits. However, these spells did not even protect them from the human tomb robbers who eventually ransacked virtually every major tomb.

While the bodies of Jacob and Joseph were embalmed, in Jacob’s case this was doubtless largely for the purpose of preservation until his body could be transferred to a burial place in the Promised Land as an expression of their faith. Particularly in Joseph’s case, the embalming may have been done by the Egyptians as an expression of respect and honor.—Ge 47:29-31; 50:2-14, 24-26.

reincarnation, which finds no support in the Holy Scriptures. Reincarnation is the belief that after a person dies, he is reborn in one or more successive existences.

This is said to be on either a higher plane or a lower plane of existence compared to one’s previous life, depending on what record was supposedly built up during that previous lifetime. According to this belief, one may be “reborn” either as a human or as an animal.

That is quite in conflict with what the Bible teaches.

No. World News Daily Report is a satirical website. Nothing it "reports" should be regarded as actual news.

But there is actual evidence for reincarnation that is reported in much higher quality sources, including peer-reviewed journals. I don't claim that it rises to the level of irrefutable proof, but it is nevertheless real evidence.

"In 1975, The Journal of the American Medical Association, wrote: 'In regard to reincarnation [Professor Ian Stevenson] has painstakingly and unemotionally collected a detailed series of cases from India, cases in which the evidence is difficult to explain on any other grounds. … He has placed on record a large amount of data that cannot be ignored.''

Here are some links to reincarnation case studies and peer-reviewed journal articles that explore the topic in depth.

none. Is this proof of reincarnation ?

hardly, scientist-doctors say it happens occasionally .

i think karma, reincarnation and enlightenment do exist.

being buddhist, it seems that we go throrugh a cycle of birth, aging (old age) sickness and death. then, rebirth and a life in the ten-worlds.

the buddhist writings are much more like these.

Nope. Its all pseudo intellectualism. I can claim I believe Cthuhlu is real, but its all just baseless claims. It applies to spirituality, religion, any concept of any kind. Unless you can go ahead and prove youre going to be something in the future or something in the past before your own birth, go right on ahead. I guarantee anyone with common sense and basic logic can disprove you immediately.
