What do you think is the secret or the way by which the ego survives?

If your brain is just the result of some cosmic accident - a bug that crawled up on a beach somewhere - then it can't be trusted for rational thought.

(Pigheaded) Willfulness is just as wicked as idolatry. It's saying that you will decide for yourself the difference between right and wrong. How's that working out for you, anyway?

The will of humans, the 'ego' as you call it, is evident... but there are spiritual forces at work behind the scenes. God's will is obviously NOT being done on the planet. He put us here and gave us rule and dominion to rule over beast and everything that crawls on the planet... even putting the 'fear and dread' of us into the animals. When we willingly disobeyed the one and only edict given to us, that transgression turned into MURDER within only one generation.

There are always consequences for your choices. Why is that? If things were just randomly happening without a divine being orchestrating events, then why are there ALWAYS consequences?

You can go your own way... follow your 'ego'.... do what you think is right.... but in the end, your personal 'truth' isn't true.

Ego will always be around as long as there is want.

I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species and I realized that you're not actually mammals. Ego is simple our subjective experience.

If you want to simulate it's escape for a few hours to days at a time try shrooms or DMT.

What do you mean "the ego survives"? Survives what?

The ego survives by wearing a mask disguised as "you" and "me."

I am unaware of any such consensus of opinion.
