Source of good tutorials on iphone apps.?
Basically im just looking for easy to understand tutorials, im getting old lol, im using a windows based machine and to make it more complex im a C++ coder, (and yes i use the ultra complex notepad :D ) with a command line linker and compiler of course lol. The tutorial must include socket programming - thats the bit i cant find.
The app for anyone interested is dead simple, my girlfriend takes a pic on her iphone and it saves it on her home NAS.
Please dont provide code, i really want to understand how it works then ill be able to code a more robust program, i see too many people ask for code, and thats not the way to learn coding, whilst my skills date way back, they are still relevant :D just these days things change so fast i kind of got left in the past a bit, and would appreciate a bit of a helping hand to guide me to a tutorial.

First of all to make iPhone apps you need a Mac, cause Xcode only works on OS X (you can try use a Virtual Machine but it isn't the best in my Experiance), and look for 'Code with Chris' on YouTube, he has some stuff for free on YouTube and a paid option

Thanks ill check out the YouTube, and see where i can pick up a very cheap 3rd hand mac lol (i know it needs to run maverick - when i read ur answer i checked :D)
