My hot tub heated to 92 but won't go to 104. All jets are working and I don't know why it would heat some but not all the way. Thoughts?

more than likely you have the tub plugged into 120v power only. it cant keep up. wire it for 240v. plus, you need a top on it, and the heater wont heat the water if the jets are on....
