Why can't we send our criminals all to the Mideast heavily armed like in the "Dirty Dozen" movie?
Like if we sent them drugs and alcohol as well with frequent food drops, wouldn't they kick ISIS butt?

Isis doesn't wear uniforms or are of a particular race. They would not be able to identify Isis from other people.
