There are TOO Many software available for this purpose. I used many software but i suggest you some of them (which i like).
1. Virtual DJ
2. AVS - audio editor
Both are good for mixing music or creating remixes.
download them through their official site or use torrent.

I use FL Studio Producer Edition. It's not too hard to learn but has advanced features. You can use VST plugins and samples to get any sound you want, it's great for electronic music but not limited to it.
