How long does it take for post to get from China to UK?
I'm expecting a work permit to arrive which was allegedly posted on the 27th September. They haven't yet, but I recall ordering a shirt from an eBay seller this year and receiving it within days of making payment. Am I right to be concerned?

it seems longer due to the time difference and when they're actually notifying you that it has been shipped. Wait a full week, it should be there, after that time you should then inquire with the company or postal service.

It depends on the postage used, express 3 days, normal airmail about 10-15 days.
