10^5 ÷ (3^2 × 10^−2)^3 (leave in index form)?

Answer: 10^11 x 3^-6

Can u also explain how to work this out...I'm confused as to why 3 is to the power of negative six instead of positive 6

If the factor were in the denominator, it would be [3^6], but it is in the NUMERATOR...ergo...[3^-6]

    [10^5] / (3² * 10^-2)³ = [10^5] / [(3^6) * (10^-6)] = [10^11] * (3^-6)
