Should I keep the gas stove at its place?

What should I do if I think the gas stove is not owned by the landlord, or I have all children without tight attendanc

    If you are renting a home/apartment/etc anything that was in place when you moved in belongs to the landlord. Anything that you previously owned or bought and moved in is yours.

    A gas stove is connected to the gas line so it can only be removed by a professional brought in by your landlord. You will need to teach your children safety rules in regard to the stove.
