How will smoking weed once every other week affect me ?

I quit smoking weed because i was spending too much money smoking everyday. and i just needed a reality check. After just the first two days i felt good and it was easier than i had expected.

Smoking once every other week will affect me in any ways ?

Shick is right in that the THC would never totally leave your body. It takes about a month for THC to be reduced to the point where it doesn't show up on tests (though traces of it remain long after). But I don't see this as a problem necessarily.

Smoking pot is like drinking. It can be a harmless 'recreational' or 'social' drug, or it can take over your life. Pot is not physically addictive like alcohol (or tobacco) but it can still become a habit. My feeling is that people who have serious problems, who lack motivation, etc., smoke pot as an escape, so pot is a symptom of the problem, not a cause.

But studies have shown that moderate drinkers are healthier than tee-totallers! People who have one drink a day, or one drink a week, seem to live longer, have less heart disease, etc.

MODERATE drinking also shows that you're in control, that alcohol is not running your life. And that's also true of moderate pot use. If you smoke every day, pot stays in your system at levels that affect you all the time--I mean it has some (small) effect even the next day. But if you smoke only twice a month or so, pot may still be detectable in your body but most of the time it's well below the level where it affects you. I would say that's a very safe, very responsible level of use.

well for one it will be in your system for an extended period of time now. you'd essentially be putting it back in your system as soon as it finishes flushing out. other than that, i can't think of anything.
