There are Halloween recipes all over the net now. Try BettyCrocker.com, Pillsbury.com, Kraft.com, Nestles.com, BHG.com. Jello.com. Foodnetwork.com. Cooking.com. The list is endless.

You can make what you want as far as snack food goes, but a Halloween recipe is more technique than anything.
For instance, you can make pigs in a blanket, but cut the pastry thin and wrap it around the dogs to make mummies. Make shaped sugar cookies, but instead of using traditional round cutters, use an oblong oval shape, bake, and "attach" an almond at the end and some strawberry jam on the other end to create "severed finger" cookies.
There are cakes you can make, called candy cakes, where you make whatever cake you want and just throw whatever candy you want on the frosting.
I mean, when you really look at it, there's no real like, "Halloween food," except cadies and sweets, so you just play off that theme and use recipes you already have and twist them in a way to fit the holiday, easy as that.
