I've been dating this guy for a month, when can I start saying "I miss you?"?
This guy and I have been exclusively dating for a month now. We talk everyday and see each other whenever we can because I know he's a busy person. Well yesterday, he hasn't texted me and I'm not tripping about it cuz I know this week is important to him, but I don't want to be the one to text first and that I don't want to say "I miss you" yet. I know he likes me more than I like him, but I miss him and I don't know when I should say it,

You're right to not be a pest when he's having an especially busy and important week.
When he comes up for air, you could certainly say "I've missed you."
Do you think there's some law against ever saying anything honest?

If you feel like he wouldn't reciprocate truthfully to that statement (miss you), then don't say it now. Just keep doing what you're doing. Sure you might miss him some... but you have your own life right? You're not waiting around for him to get back to you? If so, you should stop doing that. Don't put your life on hold while he is busy.

It's not like you're saying "I love you", if you miss him, I bet he'd LOVE to hear it. I know I would.

If you miss him, tell him. Just make sure you're also happy by yourself and not becoming dependent on him.
