how strictly are rocky point condo rental occupancy limits enforced? 4example,if a condo is technically rated for 4 people, but we have 5?
Ha ha Mimi, well I understand that, but the point of Yahoo answers (and this question) is, answer it IF you have experience in that area. For example, most of us know that in regular US hotels, if the room is rated for 2 people and you have 3, nobody cares.
So I'm wondering for your average 2-3 night rental for a weekend condo in Rocky Point, what's customary for how strict they are about checking the # of people
OK, so nobody answering this question so far has any idea what a Rocky Point rental is, I think. There's no such thing as a "lease agreement"-- these are Resort timeshares and you rent them for a couple nights like a hotel room. Anyway ... Unfortunately there was no way to categorize this as for Arizona or I probably would have gotten responses from those w/experience.

If your lease says four, it's four. Not more. Same goes with a hotel arrangement. You're signing a contract and anything outside of contract is a problem. Whether they catch this in 2-3 days is another question, but if this is being used as a party house during a busy weekend, they'll check and you can all be out for breaking the terms of the contract.

Most landlords are pretty firm. If you violate the lease & have more than are allowed you can be evicted. Nobody here can say how that specific rental company will handle it. we are not clairvoyant.
This is an international site. you are not going to get anyone that knows that specific resort. Most questions in this section are about standard rentals. Not many here have anything to do with resorts or hotels.

Only the landlord (or condo board) can answer that question, but typically landlords are pretty firm on occupancy limits.

you need to read the rental agreement and abide by what it states
