What is the persons of the Trinity like prior to birth of Jesus since there is no Son yet?

Update:

The Word is not Jesus as it has not became flesh yet.

Jesus has two natures whereas the Word has one nature.

The word is eternal but not Jesus

The Church Fathers who wrote the creeds had a different view. They recognized that the Bible depicts the Son as having his identity as the Son before his incarnation. In 1 John 4:9 we read, that "the love of God was made manifest among us [in] that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him." Thus, the second person of the Trinity was already the Son when he was sent into the world.

The same truth is taught under a different analogy in John 1:1,14 where we read, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. . . . And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us." Here the Word (i.e., the second person of the Trinity) is pictured as having his identity as the Word from all eternity. Thus, from all eternity the Word of God proceeded from God, just as speech proceeds from a speaker; similarly,

a Son proceeds from his Father. Under both analogies, whether as the Son of God or the Word of God, the second person of the Trinity is depicted as eternally proceeding from the first person of the Trinity.

Of special interest among the following passages are those in which the early Christians wrote of God as Father prior to the incarnation. Such passages imply the role of the second person as Son before the incarnation, as without a Son there is no Father.

    Jesus is not God.

John 4:22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.

Ephesians 3:5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; 6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

Jesus didn't know the divine mystery. If Jesus had been God, John 4:22 would have been a lie, and God can not lie.

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

    1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

The trinity doctrine contradicts those verses.

there is no trinity, this is an old imagination of a man which a group of men voted on and they chose the wrong side of theology.

the bible teaches there is a Godhead. and Jesus invites mortal men to overcome all things and to sit down on the throne of God even as he overcame all things and was given the throne of God. it is said that jesus was a spirit before he was born, but there is theology that says he was a mortal in the pre existence and at the same time has been in the creation of other planets among the stars, one source says that Jesus has been the creator of 12 other planets, another source says he has been creating many worlds without end.

Before Jesus came to earth to dwell with man, he was the eternal and uncreated Word of God. The first chapter of John's gospel explains: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." Verse 14 then says "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."

So Jesus is the eternal and uncreated Word of God through whom all things were made. The Holy Spirit was also there, at creation. The One Being of God is made up of three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Before Jesus was known to us the Son, he was known as the Word of God.

Actually the Word became flesh (physical) when God spoke it.

Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Genesis 3:8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.

    Hebrews 4

12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

5 And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.

    John 17 Jesus

The above verse shows that Jesus was in existence before the world was created.

e.g. Jesus said BEFORE ABRAHAM WAS, I AM.

In the OT, the Son was in existence and is referred as the angel of the LORD, see Exodus 3 when God appeared to Moses

There was only Judaism which followed "the father". no holy spirit, no son, and nothing to be saved from. And there wasn't any requirement to get into heaven, only guidelines that you follow the commandments. It was a pretty amazing time.

The Bible teaches us these things about Jesus:

    - he existed "in the beginning"

    - all created things were created by, through and for him

    - he came down from Heaven to be born as the human named "Jesus"

    - he returned to Heaven when he ascended

So: according to the Bible, Jesus has *always* existed, and his existence did NOT begin with his conception as a human.

The answer to your question is this: God has *always* existed as a trinity.

    You wrote:

The Word is not Jesus as it has not became flesh yet.

Jesus has two natures whereas the Word has one nature.

The word is eternal but not Jesus

There is some (technical) value to that statement. Jesus was not called "Jesus" until after his birth as a human.

However: in the Bible, Jesus himself teaches "I came down from Heaven...". Clearly Jesus considered himself to be the same divine person ("I") before his conception as a human and before his birth as he was after those events. You are trying to dodge plain and clear answers by arguing that Jesus was not Jesus before he took on humanity. However, Jesus ***was definitely the same divine person*** before he took on humanity. He was the person **we now call** "Jesus", even though he was not called by that name before his birth.

Relative to your question, the divine person we call "Jesus" has **always** been a part of the trinity - both before he took on a human nature and after he took on a human nature. He was part of the eternal union of the trinity even before he took on human form, and even before he was, in his human form, named "Jesus".

When he was named "Jesus" cannot possibly change that!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
