The rat like creature represents a demonic spirit. Demons can take the form of rats, snakes, etc.

Mary Baxter went to hell 30x times as Jesus showed her all that goes on her so she would warn the world that this is a real place. She described souls of people in pits of fire and worms that eat on them but are not harmed by the fire. She also described the many type of evil and demonic creatures that roam that place.

She said that some look like huge, almost giant rats, roaches and snakes, but others look like 15 foot tool bears with their eyes protroted into the skull.

If you do this with all of your heart you will start noticing subtle changes inside of you and step by step your life will change. I am speaking from experience.
