Do you know that you cannot make an anonymous complaint to RBC?

Do you know that RBC is forcing clients to sign a new agreement by holding online paid (VIP) baking services, hostage - until signed.

Do you think that the cost of online services would be withdrawn till the issue is resolved?

Do you think that the changes should be outlined instead of having to read thru the entire 34 page agreement in legalese?

I purchased my 2013 Outback new with 80km. A rude awakening after 7000km, the low oil light illuminated. With further observation, I noticed white/blue smoke every morning on first start. Also, the dip stick drops about 1/4in every 2000km.

I have never experienced such oil consumption with any other vehicle I have owned. Never had the need to check the oil level between changing. I am ready to get rid of it and never look at another Subaru ever again.

Did I get a lemon or does this happen with all Subaurs? I would appreciate any comments, recommendations, suggestions or remedies. What would you do to solve this? Thanks.

I am in the market for a new cell phone in Ontario Canada, replacing my old and tired HTC Amaze 4G. I always believe in getting the best when it is something I hope to use for a long time. The cell technology is confusing and the price range is wide. I don't mind spending a few extra dollars for a better phone. Regarding features, of course, fast and reliable connectivity is important both WiFi and via the cell network. I also travel and exchange the SIM in some countries so it must be unlocked. Being able to use the camera for recording information clearly such as labels etc would be useful. Also, if the pictures were reasonably good, then I would not need my compact camera. I do not want a humongous phone, but I like speed, ease of use and quick access to the features. What do you think? Are you good with the technology and can make a recommendation with the pros and cons. Would greatly appreciate your comments.

I have a new 2013 Subaru Outback. At 7000km the low oil light illuminated meaning that it used more than a litre of oil. The recommended oil change interval is 10,000km. I also noticed that when it is started the first time for the day, the exhaust will be clear for 5 sec then blue for 15 seconds, then clear again. This is happening in warm weather. I have owned a lot of different vehicles and none of them showed any sign of using any oil between oil changes. This is freaking me out. Any suggestions as to what would cause this would be greatly appreciated.

Every 4-6 weeks the car will not start unless boosted with jumper cables. Last night it needed boosting then again after driving for half an hour. After driving another half an hour the car remained in the garage overnight. It started well today, several times.

Is it a bad battery, a bad alternator or a short somewhere? Thanks for your help.

I dishonesty growing exponentially, or have I been at the wrong place at the wrong time far too often? For example, I trusted my building contractor and it turns out that he is dishonest. Perhaps I am far too naive. What's your story?

Why does my tractor battery fail after 12-15 months on a regular basis? It works fine for a period of time, then I have to boost it to start. It started in Spring after a long cold winter and ran well thru the summer then failed. How would I know if it's the charging system or a failing battery? Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Is it safe just to grind the surface of the old grout and then reapply the new grout on top of the old?

The layers of the plywood sheeting on the surface of the garage roof is separating after being exposed to rain. Will this be a problem if shingles are installed on the damaged sheeting?

Feeding birds in an urban area is fun but it comes with its issues. Yes it attracts a multitude of species that are beautiful to look at, but beside changing their natural habits, there are issues. There are the disease due to the guano where seniors and children are the most susceptible. Premature deterioration of roofs and other building structures such as fences due to rot caused by the mold buildup from droppings. And not to mention cars and driveways covered with feces is also very repulsive. What can I do to get the message to the people in the neighborhood that feed birds.
