Have you ever had a paranormal experience?

I have never personally had a paranormal experience. My grandfather and my father have had experiences, but my father is still skeptical. I am not the kind of person that is just going to make up a fake story to sound interesting, I've never had an experience before. Have you? If so please share your experience.

I have had an experience that MAY have been paranormal.

My cousin had just passed away and we were at his mother's house after the funeral for dinner. We were all sitting around, sharing stories about him, when the microwave started beeping and the cupboard door opened and slammed shut. It didn't open much, so it very well could have been a breeze in the old house. But his mom took it to mean that he was still there and that he was giving her support. Nobody questioned that is was him, because it was something that comforted his mom at the time. I don't know if I would guarantee it was paranormal, but it is the only story I have relating to that subject.

I'm not being nasty to you here, but this is the paranormal section. Lots of people have written about strange things. It's just that it will mean rewriting a whole episode, when you could simply read through posts. I appreciate that you said you never had an experience before, rather than come out with tales of being able to control air, like some of the younger people do. If anything strange happens to you, don't be too quick to blame it on the light reflecting off Venus, one of the atheists favourites.

You might have had paranormal experiences, but are repressing them, That is what I realized about myself after I started keeping a list of any and all experiences that are unusual. I thought the lis t would only be 3 or 4 items long. To my surprise the list grow over time to over 20. The list unlocked a lot of repressed and forgotten memories.

So you might want to keep a list in an email draft or a notepad file of any thing paranormal, ESP, ghosts, crytpzoology, ect.. See if that helps.

Strange things can and do happen at times and it can be that numerous individuals come to share in such experiences. That this is such a widespread phenomenon, you do have to wonder just what may be going on ? I have had my own personal experiences over the years and most all of them I did not go looking for. Not only that but I was not even a complete believer of such happenings but after a couple that took me by surprise, I could not ignore it any longer. I had to accept that there is more just beneath the surface that we do not immediately understand. This world is full of mystery but until someone has an experience for themselves, they really have no idea just how it feels to be confronted with this curious aspect to our existence. Take care.

About fifty years ago i was traveling in a different state . I had too much to drink. I was on the highway and seeing one line in triplicate. I realized that but i still continued on. All of a sudden my car went dead. I rolled over to the breakdown lane and stopped. I tried starting it again , nothing. I slept for a couple of hours and then turned the key and it started and everything worked. I started driving and realized i had been heading in the wrong direction.Turned around and made it back to the hotel and never had any problem with the car ever even years. I have always thought of that experience as someone up there helped me .

Yes I do experience with the paranormal before, once actually twice!

I went to the Queen Mary RMS while I was still living in Long Beach, California. I went in the field trip there so my classmates and I went at the pool haunting area. My camera has full battery. When I was there, I try to turn on my camera but it didn't wanted to turned on. I try and I've tried to get it on film but my camera didn't want to turn on. While I was there I feel like someone was breathing into my neck. When we walked out of the pool, as I was struggling to turn on my camera. When I was outside, I turn on my camera and it works. I was so freaked out at the time. I took so many pictures and has shown so many orbs!

The next story was, I went back on the queen Mary but this time with my parents, and older sister. I was taking pictures and we didn't had the money to go to the pool area again to film. I capture this green orbs and the shocking was it shown a smiling face at the theatre/dinner area!

Source(s): We stayed there the whole day. When we we're leaving I saw something I can't explained at the halls way further from where I was standing. It was 2006 or 2007 I don't know when it takes place.

Yes I have , and I before this was not a believer in angels or whatever , but i certainly was no believer. I will make it as short as possible for space but it will leave out a lot ...(there were quite a few unexplainable things to this. For reasons I did not even know myself I drove 10 solid hours to pick up a friend that was coming to my small town to visit his mom and family and me ...I did not know why i insisted on getting him, it was a grueling 20 hour drive round trip..AND HE ALREADY HAD A TICKET TO GET THERE TWO DAYS LATER THAN COULD PICK HIM UP ...on the way back to my city and his family I was pulled over by a cop ...i didn't have taillights ...this cop , spoke with a heavy accent and did not have a good grip on the English language ..i immediately was highly suspicious of him as not being a cop at the same time i was totally unafraid ...he ordered me to get to my home town DRIVING FAST IN THE FAST LANE ...he said do not stop just drive as fast as you can with hazard lights ..i guarantee you will not get stopped ...{we were still 4 hours away at this time.} he went back to his car and I was waiting for him to pass me because i did not want us to collide ..i turned back to see if he was ready and he had stone cold disappeared... no where to go ...he would not have turned around to drive against traffic on the freeway but he was not there....to finish off the story I got my friend back just in time to say goodbye to his mom before she died....many things little things had happened to allow us to save time but the angel cop that disappeared was so amazing to me ...it was a very special encounter...

I was tortured for a month straight on two seperate occasions, they were both possessions.

Aliens were popping out, shadow people were running by, pan showed up, light beings, a ufo showed up.

Yeah, it's been a fifteen year long paranormal torture fest and they are going to kill me. These guys really want a suicide i guess, wtf? My life has been the stuff of horror films.

When I was little about 4 or 5, I was sitting on the couch watching tv and I stopped and my head just followed a figure across the room, I was just watching it. My mom saw me and asked what I was looking at, I replied with "that man in the Cowboy boots" she got all freaked out and hid me in the closet. I still remember what the man looked like and he resembles my grandfather who died when my dad was only 4, I've only seen pictures but from what i saw I think it was him
