Christians, Why you consider Jesus as God and worship him while in Bible it is clear that Jesus used to-pray to God often.?

Christians have become almost like Hindus, praying to Jesus, by making his Idol , and to Mary by masking her Idol etc.

While holy Quran, which is the real revised edition of Early books of God Like , Zaboor, Thorah and Enjeel is dead against praying to any thing else except the Almighty God > So why christens are not using their brain in this respect?

Jesus was a perfect human, nothing more.

Jesus was a corresponding ransom, he had to be the same as Adam, a perfect human.

Jesus prayed to his Father, not to himself.

Jesus said his Father is greater.

Jesus said he cannot do any on his own but that which His Father sent him to do.

Jesus said that he is “God’s Son” and that the “Father sent me forth,”

Jesus prayed to God: “I have made your name manifest to the men you gave me.”

Jesus taught his followers to pray, “OUR FATHER in heaven, Let your kingdom come,”

Jehovah God said when Jesus was baptized: "This is my Son.."

Jesus, the Son of God, never claimed to be equal to or of the same substance as his Father. Rather, he said: “I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am.” (John 14:28) He also told one of his followers: “I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.”—John 20:17.

The holy spirit is not a person. Early Christians “became filled with holy spirit,” and Jehovah said: “I shall pour out some of my spirit upon every sort of flesh.” (Acts 2:1-4, 17) The holy spirit is not part of a Trinity. It is God’s active force.

After his baptism, when tempted by the Devil, he said: “Go away, Satan! For it is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’” Matthew 4:10

The Bible does not teach the Trinity doctrine. Rather, it says that there is only one true and eternal God. “Jehovah our God is one Jehovah.” (Deuteronomy 6:4) He is the Creator—eternal, almighty, without equal. Jesus is not Almighty God. Jesus lived on earth as a perfect man and died for imperfect mankind. God kindly accepted the life of Jesus as a ransom, and thus through him is the salvation of the faithful. This is God’s will.—Luke 22:42; Romans 5:12.

“Stephen, filled with the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at God’s right hand. ‘Look! I can see heaven thrown open,’ he said, ‘and the Son of man standing at the right hand of God.’”—Acts 7:55, 56, The New Jerusalem Bible.

The bible does call Jesus a Mighty God, but not the Almighty God.

Jesus was produced by Jehovah God. Proverbs 8:22 Jehovah produced me as the beginning of his way,

The earliest of his achievements of long ago.23 From ancient times I was installed,From the start, from times earlier than the earth.

    Compare these Bible verses: Matthew 26:39; John 14:28; 1 Corinthians 15:27, 28; Colossians 1:15, 16

There is much much more information.

    Jesus words:

John 4:24 God is a Spirit, and those worshipping him must worship with spirit and TRUTH.”

As a Christian I choose to believe what Jesus said and taught. not a man made doctrine like the trinity.

Well, A., you point out one of the big problems Trinitarians have reconciling their teaching with actual scripture. Even the scriptures they use sometimes contradict what they are trying to prove. For instance, here:

    Phillipians 2:6 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;

They focus on the "very nature of God" ... and he was, because he too is a spirit. However, that translation of the rest of the verse is inaccurate. Most translations use something to the effect that he didn't consider equality to God something to grasp, something to go after. Sadly, some don't even use scripture and, instead, use church writings.

All one has to do is read John 17 in its entirety to see the fallacy of this teaching. In it

    > You see Jesus praying that all his disciples become one with each other and then one with him and his father. So, what kind of vast, ugly, multiheaded deity was he proposing

    > In it he asks to be given glory. Why? Isn't he God?

    Then there's logic:

    > Who resurrected Jesus. If he, as Trinitarians claim, resurrected himself somehow, then that would mean he wasn't fully dead and so his sacrifice on our behalf would be invalid.

    > Who was in charge of the universe while "God" was dead

Jesus was just like us in that He was living in a physical body so just like us, maintained contact with His Father through prayer, just as He instructed us to do (Matthew 6:9). Jesus said, "In this manner pray, "Our Father in heaven" - in case you are not sure, that is Almighty God, and Everlasting Father just as Jesus is also Almighty God and Everlasting Father (Isaiah 9:6) because Jesus said, "I and My Father are one" (John 10:30) Just as the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Jesus at the same time.

The Father and the Word (Jesus from John 1:1 & 2) and the Holy Spirit are all one. (1 John 5:7).

God is a Spirit (John 4:24) and God is HOLY - so He is Holy Spirit

Jesus is now in Spirit form and Jesus is HOLY - so He is also Holy Spirit

You may not fully understand it but it is still so.

Christians believe Jesus IS God, which is why they pray to him. Jesus prayed to God for his own reasons. The trinity is hard to understand, I know.

Christians do not pray to Mary - Catholics do, who are not true Christians.

Of course Jesus prayed to His Father in Heaven, whilst He was confined to being a human on Earth! How else was He to maintain close contact and to ascertain the Father's will for Him, day by day?

Jesus had emptied Himself of the glory He had in the Godhead, before agreeing to become Mary's miracle child, by the power of the Holy Spirit. The Bible shows this in various places, but if you are a Muslim you will have been trained to dismiss everything in the Bible that disagrees with the Qur'an.

The permission to worship Christ is given by God the Father, which is why Jesus had no need to require it of His followers. Once they grasped just who He really was (the eternal Word who was with God in the beginning, who IS God, and who made everything that was made – John 1:1-14) they worshipped Him with awe.

God the Father said to all His angels that they must worship Jesus Christ. That’s in Hebrews 11-6. If angels must worship Christ, how much more so must we lesser humans!

The vision Jesus gave to John on the isle of Patmos showed Jesus in the centre of God’s throne in Heaven, being worshipped by all who are in Heaven. That’s in Revelation chapter 5 and elsewhere.

Jesus told His disciples that they could pray to Him and He would grant their requests. That’s in John 14:14.

Jesus told His disciples that they must give Him the same honour as they give the Father. John 5:32-33

Jesus accepted the worship of His disciples, eg when Thomas called Him “My Lord and my God” Jn 20:28.

But while He was confined to the limitations of being a human on Earth, He avoided saying “Worship me” because His glory was veiled. And there were many people who so hated Him, they would use any excuse to stone Him to death. Jesus knew He had to die on the cross to be an atoning sacrifice so He had to bide His time. It wasn’t until after His resurrection that the penny dropped fully with the disciples. Yet even before then, people fell down in adoration before Jesus, and not once did He rebuke them. But angels instantly rebuke humans falling down before them!

Think well on this. For if we do not honour Jesus just as much as we honour the Father, we do not honour the Father. Worship is the greatest honour we give the Father. Jesus requires the same honour. It is only because the one Being of God subsists in three uncreated, co-equal ‘persons’ that we worship God when we worship the Son, who is God incarnate.

You seem to be assuming that because Jesus prayed, He is therefore NOT God.

What is this assumption based on?

Christians attempted to patch-fix this problem by introducing the Trinity doctrine to followers. So instead we have one person in the Trinity talking to another. Pure nonsense I know.

It is sort of interesting that they claim jesus was a practicing jew and yet they also claim that the jewish religion is false. Would god practice a false religion?

Obviously, your personal opinion regarding all of these subjects is not persuasive.

Obviously, anyone who would change from Christianity to Islam solely because of your posting of your personal opinion regarding all of these subjects is NOT someone who is using their brain.
