The absolute best way is to not drink... failing that (as I do every other weekend) I find sticking to one type of drink helps, drink water throughout the night also ando a paradox or other before you go to bed.

When you get up a big kiwi/English breakfast usually does the trick

Get off the alcohol smoke a joint with someone you want to have sex with and enjoy waking up the next morning with a smile on your face and no alcohol hangover. The alcohol hangover thing is always the same day after day you wake up feeling bad and hating yourself because you did it again. And your mind wants to put the pieces together on what you did last night. Smoke a joint with someone you want to have sex with and live long & prosper .Drink one beer after a joint to cool your mouth .Life is good enjoy it without hangovers !

Stay away from very sweet alcoholic drinks, take 2 aspirin just before you go to bed, and drink a LOT of water after you get up the morning after. That works pretty well but it's not fool proof.

Drinking Real Ale will help. Stay away from mass-market American beers.
