Is it wrong to have a few friends much younger than me?

I ask because I am 16 and I am friends with a 9 year old and his 13 year old brother. They are like my family cuz my mom used to do daycare and they were 2 of the daycare kids. You wouldn't understand unless you were in my position, I helped raise those boys since before they were a year old for about 10 years. And being an only child, they were like brothers to me. So is this weird at all?

No that's not wrong or weird at all. Like you said they are like your brothers and it's completely normal for siblings to be friends with each other a lot of the time even when they are years apart.

I am 13 and I am friends with a 19 year old (she used to be my babysitter when I was younger) and to me she is like my older sister, and so we still talk and hang out sometimes.

Just remember how young they are when in conversation and do not slip into talking to them as you would with someone your age or older.

Sometimes friends of a different age can take on the role of a sister or brother that perhaps we do not have at home. But do try for friends of your own age as well.

no. I used to play with kids younger then me because they were the only ones that lived near me.
