Switching my diet from weight loss to muscle gain?

So for the first time in my life, I actually hit a fitness goal and am no longer classified as over weight for my height/age/sex. I was for probably a decade. Now, I am looking to change to muscle gain and don't know how to switch up my diet to do so without gaining a bunch of fat back. A typical day for me consists of a piece of whole wheat toast with almond butter and banana slices, a cup of fruit, a salad, maybe some mixed nuts as a snack and/or an omelet for dinner. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I do workout as well. Thought that might be an important but of information. I know I how to work out properly in order to gain muscle. I just worry that because I often feel hungry 1 or 2 times per day, I may not be getting adequate nutrition for muscle growth. Also, my salads ALWAYS include protien as well. I'm thinking of just keeping some hard boiled eggs around for the times I get hungry. I have tried protein shakes in the past, but always gained fat. I probably wasn't working out correctly at the time though and I THINK I used whole milk and I only use fat free now.

Your current diet is actually really good for muscle gain; you're getting a lot of protein and nutrients. You should probably eat some extra nuts, or take some protein supplement. Of course, I don't think I need to remind you that you need to actually train your muscles to gain muscles.

This is no miracle , that's for sure. However, with some exercise, you can go a long way towards your desired weight. I weight myself weekly and it seems that I am losing an average of 2 pounds a week. I do not how long this will keep up, but at least I know that Weight loss green store tea has already worked for me.

How many times perhaps you have seen a man benching while arching his right back and moving the weight off his chest? Effectively please don't follow this moron. Let him learn the hard way because you can learn the great way from here https://tr.im/O7qvB .

Critical Bench is a bench push program personalized by MikeWesterdal. It is one of many increasingly common bodybuilding programs that lines up with other notable weight training workouts like Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.

Everyone needs to boost their bench push, but gymnasium regulars and bodybuilders ultimately hit a level and battle to increase those bench press numbers. Deposit that magazine report on "how to increase your bench press by 20lbs. in 1 week," and look here https://tr.im/tXjfM

Critical Bench is the perfect guide for bench and is split into six sections.

The first data is the training that you'll require in developing your muscles while going through the book.

Critical Bench emphasizes the importance of schedule versions and discussed in layman work-out phrases, ensuring every bodybuilder reading the information can understand it.
