What you need will be too expensive--double walls, sound proof layering, and whatnot. You may be better off constructing a sound shield around your bed like a canopy of heavy blankets or a "box" of double-layer Styrofoam sheeting (cheap at Home Depot). And the layers should have air between them, not directly sandwiched together.

If you build something around your bed, leave an opening for air on the opposite side away from the noise origin. If this all this sounds too wieldy, you may have to settle for earplugs and a face mask.

    Peace.
