was the 1954 FX Atmos every made into a working functional vehicle?

I love old cars like my dream car is a 1931 Buggati royale kellner coupe. my realistic dream car is a 1954 Desoto automatic (firedome). I saw this concept car, through pictures from a car show in 1954. but was it only a concept? or was it ever actually produced as a test model like functioning and all that. because I would definitely pay a good 200,000$ for one of these I love that retro style futuristic look. thanks for any (helpful) responses ^-^ and thanks for reading
