If I go to Disney World should I bring cash or just use my card?

How much cash should i bring with me if I do?

We stopped carrying cash in the parks a few years ago, even more so now with the use of Magic Bands. We tie our credit card to our magic bands and just charge everything through that. My husband however usually brings one card though in the event the magic band scanners are not working and we want to purchase something (have only encountered this in outdoor small one register stands).

Plus, by using credit you do not have to worry about if you are carrying enough cash or losing it.

I would limit cash on your person. Bring your card, but be aware that you may need to access an ATM at times. (I have a "thing" against having cash on my person if I can help it.)

It will be the same. Disney accepts all credit and ATM cards

    and of course cash.

You can use a card pretty much everywhere at Disney. How much you take depends on what you need it for - how many meals, what types of meal, what types of souvenirs, how many souvenirs, etc.

Most people take a mixture of both.

How much you take depends how much you want to spend.
