Yes it is but the trick is buying and the P&P to get it there for a price that she can sell it for including P&P with some profit. One reason it can work is because I know if I order most things from China it is normally Free P&P but takes 3-4 weeks. So a quick delivery might stand the higher price. The biggest problem is that they normally under value the customs declaration and if picked up it is down to the buyer to pay the extra
