In the GOP debate last night, what policies did the candidates propose to help the middle class?

The candidates know what the middle class wants to hear, but they don't know how to get it done for them without stepping on the people who control their policies and decisions. Congress cannot make a good decision because there are too many of them. I say cut the government to 51 people. A rep from each state and that might make it easier for good decisions to be made without all of the pressure groups pressuring them.

Lower taxes, fewer government disincentives to employ Americans, fewer government incentives to outsource overseas, restrictions on illegal immigration, and a more positive investment climate for entrepreneurs trying to build the businesses that employ middle class citizens. Fiorina pegged the current regulatory cost of employing a middle class American at $36,000 per year. If you are a worker, this is money you never see; it simply gets sucked out of your employer's funds into the morass of the government.

They discussed lower, fair taxes for the middle class. But that entire debate was a sham, in all of the candidates were rightfully united against the liberal idiot moderators.

Jobs, less regulation and less taxes that keep people from running and starting small businesses.
