Don't have the slightest idea. Again, a clear and precise plan needs to be laid out. I think they should first start by cutting their pay and their benefits and getting our companies back to America so Americans can have their jobs back. But Americans have to also be willing to work for less. The whole country is completely out of balance. We have the rich and the poor - there is no longer a middle man. But on the other hand, the working class is wanting higher wages, more benefits, etc. and this is driving the companies to foreign lands in order to pay the CEO's and the stock holders. They must show a large profit to exist or go belly up.

we need to get the economy moving forward -- hence tax cuts to stimulate investment in American businesses. That will create jobs, but we need to make sure those jobs go to Americans and not another wave of illegal Central Americans.
{Aside: why don't Central Americans pay income taxes? because there are no such taxes for them in Central America (paying income or employment tax doesn't enter into their mental world), because neither they nor their employers keep records, and because they're illiterate and can't fill out the required forms.}

Tax cuts promote growth and growth increases revenue, the wall will put more Americans to work and more taxes paid instead of the money going to Mexico.
