(Male feminist only) What do male feminist consider to be gender equal.?

Wondering this for some time. I'm a man that supports equality. Equal rights, equal opportunities, and etc. But whenever I tell feminist to fend for themselves, handle their business like the strong independent women they are, feminist, or more specifically male feminist oppose. You guys will even quote traditionalism, which I find strange. A feminist quoting traditionalism is like a heritic quoting the bible. It seems traditionalism is only plausible when it benefits your perception of what is gender equal. This is such a juicy contradiction it can't even be used in a starburst commercial. I only want to hold women to the same standards that I would hold a man. And understand, I don't mind helping people that help themselves. But I do mind doing work for people that feel entitled that I do the the work for them. Especially if traditionalism is used to enforce that entitlement. (Yea, A juicy contradiction indeed.) so what exactly do you male feminist consider to be equal. Please explain.

I have not taken Feminist Studies, but I consider myself to support Women's rights. I support Equal Pay for women, and Opportunity, based on ability. I support the right to choose, even though I personally don't agree with it. I support the elimination of Alimony which is biased towards women. I support women in all combat, and think Universities would all benefit from having a strong Gender Studies program. I think who pays for a date should be left up to the individuals, and I support Equality in Marriage.

women want equal status and rights , which they deserve

but what society doesn't understand is that women are biologically wired to be attracted to dominant and high status alpha males
the term alpha male today differs from the cave man alpha male 
modern day alpha male is sophisticated and socially savvy

women are biologically wired to be submissive to men , it gives them happiness..

but men do not catch up on this .... they are fooled by the words of the feminazis which say that men shouldn't open doors for women , and should not treat women nicely , etc. etc.

a woman might get in a relationship with a submissive man , but experts say that such relationships don't last long or the woman is not satisfied with the relationship
