BQ1: Which name is nicer — Sapphira Beatrice OR Seraphina Noemi?
BQ2: Which name is nicer — Elliott Beauregard OR Elijah Beauregard?

I don't personally love any of those names, but the flow is good on all of them.
BQ1 Sapphira Beatrice
BQ2 Elijah Beauregard

Caroline McKenna is heavy on the K and N sounds. The names have the same number of syllables. Love Caroline and McKenna isn't bad, either. It's the combination that's lacking. Maybe Caroline Giselle?
Jane Katharina. I love Jane but I'm not crazy about Katharina. Maybe Jane Victoria?
Sapphira Beatrice. I do not like Sapphira. Sapphira was a character in the Bible. She was presumably struck dead by God for lying. Beatrice is fine. Both names have the same number of syllables which doesn't allow for cadence. Maybe Jane Beatrice?
William Zachariah is handsome but very long.
BQ1 - Sorry, but since I don't like Sapphira...
BQ2 - Ellis Beauregard or Beau Elliott would have nicer cadence. Of those two you listed, Elijah Beauregard.

For girls, Jane Katharina is decent. I'm not a fan of McKenna or Sapphira.
