I m 16 and eating 600 calories a day, is that okay?
Hi! I m a 16 year old girl who really want to lose weight. I m eating about 600kcal a day and jog for 20 minutes in the morning and evening everyday. I m about 157-159.5cm tall and currently 47kg after dieting for 1 week. I want to lose another 4kg. But, suddenly today after I finished jog, my body felt soooo weak and I dont know why. I have a cheat day though where I eat around 1000kcal. Please help me. Thank you :)

Just eating 600 calories a day is just going to make you ill.
Find out how many calories you should be eating for you weight and height and reduce it by a max of 500, the weight will soon come off.
At your age you will be burning more than an older adult anyway so in actual fact with the exercise you are doing you could eat your regular amount needed and still lose weight.

You should generally be eating around 1200 calories a day, 600 is not even close to enough, especially if you are also exercising.
