Long term Adderall use?

I've got a prescription, and it really does help. I have also got a handle on the decreased appetite side effect, after I dropped about 20-25 lbs in 4 months. (Now I'm holding steady around 110 which is a healthy size for 5'2" 18 year old girls.)

While on Adderall, my heart rate usually hangs around the mid to upper 90s. I'm far from obese and I used to run 10-15 miles a week (before the rapid weight loss). However, my blood pressure has always been rock bottom, usually coming in at less than 100/80 so I wasn't too worried... But I know that long term strain on the heart can cause some very bad things.

What exactly are "warning signs" that my heart is overworking itself, or is this okay in combination with low BP? Tachycardia starts at 100, but it's not THAT often that my heart rate hangs out past 100. Could this potentially cause problems with my heart later?
