we want to make science project work where energy saving is theme. so we are planning to make a project where all the bulb use in home are led bulb. when switch on only led bulb is light up if any incandescent normal bulb is inserted on holder it wont light up. how can we make such model.

Look up current regulator circuits. Will be classed as an analog circuit and some will have a DC current through the bulb which may cause problems with the electronic ballasts. Sense resistor and a low side switching triac/2 reverse wired mosfets may be a solution.
