do employers have the right to fire for medical marijuana?
Why isn't it treated like other prescriptions? It has less side effects than other pharmaceuticals, and often times helps more than them

As an employer I can fire you for any reason at all - and in fact I don't have to tell you why you're being let go. So maybe you need to stay away from the weed or find another job on your own.

to answer ur question , yes, employers have the right to fire for medical marijuana.... even tho i hear what you're saying....but for the employer, they prob dont see it that way....and fear you or others could get 'hurt' on the job* by being "high"..., but i do understand what you're saying* unfortunately it's not 'legal' yet in alot of places*
