Lower leg pain while running, what is it?
Everytime I run distance, without fail, after the first half mile or mile my lower legs start hurting pretty badly! I don't think its shin splints. It feels like the muscle directly on the outside part of the bone. I really want to become a better runner but simply can't because if this

i recommend to run less miles as long AS you feel no pain , then u can starts increasing few minutes every while.
Because pain from sports comes from making your leg do extra effort , an effort that its more then what it can do.
You to be gradual with the time you run!
