What is something that is a natural preservative but does not contain citrus acid in it? I am guessing honey, but I am not quite sure?
Does anyone know of anything like this?

What are you trying to preserve and for how long?
Due to the high sugar content honey is a preservative of sorts but not for all things nor for extended storage.
Salt is a preservative but again not for everything.
Drying will preserve some things but not all.
You need to provide a bit more information as to what you are trying to do.
