Is itpossible to sleep for 4 hours in the morning from 3:30 am to 7:30am, and 4 hours in the evening around 7pm-11pm something pm?

    Yes, it is possible! It's called polyphasic sleep.

    It will require a good month for your circadian rhythm (sleep wake cycle) to get used to it though! Review the above link. It would answer your question better than anyone on here could!
